Body odor changing in last few weeks of pregnancy?

I’ve noticed a distinct change in my body funk lately. It’s not any more or less unpleasant. Just different. Anyone else ever notice this?
Yes! And it took a while to go away after my kiddo arrived. Mostly I was insanely sweaty for what seemed like 2 months after my kid was born, even if the room didn’t feel warm enough to make me sweat.
I’ve already been super sweaty. Yesterday, my feet were so sweaty that when my husband touched my ankle, he jerked his hand back. The bottom of my leggings were completely soaked through. It’s the most disgusting thing. I pretty much can’t wear anything with sleeves. It’s just too hot. I’ve been running around in tank tops. In January. It’s awesome.
